Our order process is very simple. Upon completing your payment details during the checkout process, you should shortly receive a confirmation notice at the provided email address. A shipping confirmation email should follow after 1- 7 business days. Please email our customer service team on email@example.com if further assistance is required at any point. Thank you.
If your order has not arrived in the specified delivery time, you can track your order to see where it is located. Sometimes orders are delayed due to customs hold ups. Please also reach out to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with an update.
If you order more than one item from our store, you will receive the item in multiple packages. We do this as to minimize the potential of you incurring custom/import fees. Please do not be worried that your items have been lost, it will inevitably arrive to you. We update you with tracking information 5-10 days after your order ships so you'll know where your order is in transit.
In order to keep items low as possible and shipping free for you, you may experience a longer shipping/delivery time. Our aim is to improve the service delivery as time progressess. Within the USA, delivery time can take about 12-20 business days to arrive. Shipping internationally (outside of the U.S)can take around 15 - 35 business days to arrive. Please be patient with international orders as they will inevitably take longer to get to you, allow 15 – 35 days before you inform our customer service team of a missing order.
Please be aware that (TRLFL) does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes. The Royal Look For Less cannot be held responsible for any custom charges or delays made in your county. We are also not responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by (TRLFL), please contact your local customs office to find our more information if you are unsure of the charges.
We try at every opportunity to minimize the possibility of you incurring custom or import fess. We declare our items at a substantially lower value as a way to reduce the potential of custom/import fees.
Our refund policy lasts 7 days. Please reach out to us and we'll make it right. If you are not happy within 7 days, after you receive your item, we will refund your item. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unused.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
